General Info :🝔 By commissioning me, you have agreed to my Terms of Service. Failure to do so will result on you getting blacklisted.
🝔 Clients will only receive digital file. With and without watermark.
🝔 Except for Live 2D, everything is priced for personal use only. For commercial use please contact me first.
🝔 I have the right to cancel/decline/refuse your commission if I feel I am unable to deliver a satisfactory result.
🝔 I have the right to post the commissioned piece to my Social Media or to put it as a portfolio piece.
🝔 I do not allow any of my art or commission piece to be turned into NFTs or AI learning.

Workflow :🝔 Contact me via IG/Twitter/Email for us to discuss your commission.
🝔 After an agreement is reached, I will send an invoice to your paypal. After the payment has been received, I will start working on the piece.
🝔 I will update you with sketches, line art, and base colours, you are free and encouraged to give feedback on this stage.
🝔 The finished drawing will then be sent for a final review, you can ask for small changes. Ex. adding small accessories, and changing colors.
🝔 After the approval, the finished piece will then be sent to the email link provided via google drive link.
🝔 Commission with tight deadlines will be charged more depending on the situation.Payment :🝔 All commissions will be started after the clients has fully paid for the piece. However bigger/longer projects like Live 2D is negotiable.
🝔 Invoice will be sent via paypal after the discussion and client have given their email/paypal address.
🝔 Please do not send me a payment before we have finished the agreement/discussion.
🝔 No Refunds are allowed after I started working on the commissioned piece.
🝔 Prices shown except Live2D are for personal use. Please discuss with me if you want to commission art pieces for commercial use.Privacy :🝔 Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken.

🝔 Use the commissioned piece as a professional portfolio and/or online promotion.
🝔 Post on social media with the clarification that it's commissioned unless agreed otherwise.
🝔 In the case of fanarts, that is not bought for commercial use, I retain the right to reproduce and redistribute them as merch.Copyright Infringement
🝔 Personal use work may not be reproduced or distributer before discussing it with me.
🝔 Do not take credit for the artwork
🝔 Do not erase watermarks
🝔 Do not use for NFTs OR AI Learning
If a chargeback/refund is issued at any point after I started working on the piece without agreement or if you break any of the terms above, you will be :
🝔 Blacklisted from commissioning me again.
🝔 Lose all rights to the commissioned piece.
