General
🝔 By commissioning me, you have agreed to my Terms of Service.
🝔 Failure to do so will result on you getting blacklisted.
🝔 Clients will only receive digital file. With and without watermark.
🝔 I have the right to cancel/decline/refuse your request if I feel I am unable to deliver a satisfactory result.
🝔 I have the right to post the commissioned piece to my Social Media or to put it as a portfolio piece. Unless an NDA is asked for.
🝔 I do not allow any of my art or commission piece to be turned into NFTs or AI learning.Will Draw :

🝔 I will update you with sketches, line art, and base colours, you are free and encouraged to give feedback on this stage.
🝔 The finished drawing will then be sent for a final review, you can ask for small changes. Ex. adding small accessories, and changing colors.
🝔 After the approval, the finished piece will then be sent to the email link provided via google drive link.
🝔 Commission with tight deadlines will be charged more depending on the situation.Use
Personal use includes :
🝔 Using for Social Media (Posting, Profile Pictures, Banner) with credits.
🝔 Using for dektop/phone background
🝔 Printing for your own NOT for distribution at any rate
🝔 Using as PNG reaction/ fugisCommercial use includes but not limited to :
🝔 Using for Paid Content (ex. Patreon, Youtube Membership, etc)
🝔 Streaming Assets
🝔 Community RewardsMerchandise use :
🝔 Using for Merchandise design to distributeIP Rights
As the client you are allowed to :
🝔 Hold the right to the drawing but please do not claim it as you drew it yourself. Please do credit me.
🝔 Hold the right to the original character designed/made on the commissioned piece.
🝔 Use the commissioned piece for personal use, unless agreed otherwise.As the artist I am allowed to :
🝔 Use the commissioned piece as a professional portfolio and/or online promotion. Unless agreed otherwise.
🝔 In the case of fanarts, that is not bought for commercial use, I retain the right to reproduce and redistribute them as fan merch.Copyright Infringement
🝔 Personal use work may not be reproduced or distributed before discussing it with me.
🝔 Do not take credit for the artwork
🝔 Do not erase watermarks
🝔 Do not use for NFTs OR AI LearningPayments
🝔 All commissions will be started after the clients has fully paid for the piece with the agreed methods.
🝔 Please do not send me a payment before we have finished the agreement/discussion.
🝔 No Refunds are allowed after I started working on the commissioned piece.

Strictly no refunds unless these situation happened :
🝔 I am unable to continue working on the commission for prolonged/undecided amount of time
🝔 When working on the sketch, we are unable to reach agreement on a sketchCommunication
